- Strenuous exercise

Optimal for hormones (cortisol, testosterone) & Best for fasting tests
Make sure your get your samples collected on day 2, 3, or 4 of after your periodthis is to ensure accurate reading of your hormones (FSH, LH, Estradiol)
- Eat or drink anything besides water during fasting
 - Take supplements that interfere with testing
 - Have a fever or acute illness
